After years of being employees, we quickly figured out how limited our lives were going to be if we stayed in that traditional 9-to-5 system.
We have always done things out of our traditional jobs to generate income. Jay was a garbage truck driver who was a mortgage broker on the side, while Ray was a stage hand putting together major events doing real estate on the side.

We were taught a system to buy land for 50 dollars, turn around and sell them online for between 800 to 1,500 dollars. This brought us to doing hundreds of these transactions.
However, we didn't stop there. Through constant investment on learning and mentorship, we found our second mentor who was purchasing land but doing it in a completely different way.
We discovered the direct to owner system, and we found out that this strategy is one hundred times more powerful than tax deeds. This allowed us to scale up to multi-million dollar properties in less than 5 years!
